This bill shows a fundamental lack of understanding of wildlife conservation and habitat protection. It allows individuals to jump start habitat destruction without any oversight and leaves species at risk open to abuse and removal of their at risk status and protections.

Please do not vote yes on this bill. It is incredibly harmful to conservation and wildlife in Ontario. We need to be doing more to protect these things, not further interests of developers without oversight or consideration.
