The Hospital for Sick Children and St. Michael’s Hospital support the request to amend O.Reg. 10/24 to incorporate a number of minor technical changes in Map Nos. 345 and 346 that form part of the regulation. The Hospital for Sick Children does not support the requests to make site-specific amendments to Map No. 345 in respect of 15-17 Elm Street and 595 Bay Street, 304-316 Yonge Street and 14-80 Dundas Street West (Atrium on Bay). The justification report prepared by Avia NG on behalf of both Hospitals in respect of the minor technical changes to Maps 345 and 346 has been provided in response to this posting. The justification report prepared by Avia NG on behalf of SickKids in respect of the requests to remove the identified properties from Map 345 has been provided in response to this posting.
