I strongly oppose Ontario’s Bill 5. Repealing the Endangered Species Act is a reckless move that puts vulnerable species and ecosystems at risk for the sake of short-term economic gains. We need strong, science-based environmental protections, not watered-down legislation that prioritizes development over conservation. I urge the government to halt Bill 5 and commit to real environmental stewardship that protects Ontario’s biodiversity for future generations.
