I’m very concerned about the proposal to repeal Ontario’s Endangered Species Act. This law helps protect animals and habitats that are already at risk, and replacing it with something weaker could cause real harm.

Taking away science-based decisions and allowing development in important habitats doesn’t seem like a responsible move—especially now, with so many species already struggling.

Please reconsider this change and focus on strengthening protections, not removing them.
