I don't belive that this bill should be passed. The wildlife and environmental protections are there for a reason and rampant development could destabilize eco systems that are already at risk. I also have ethical concerns about loosening or ignoring laws in certain zones, it seems like a corruption case waiting to happen. Fundamentally I do not trust developers with unhibited access to Ontarios land, especially it's forests and wetlands. Perhaps to combat how long it takes to build things, consider a personnel overhaul. Thank you.
