My brother, sister in law, and two sweet nephews live just off the Sydenham River near Dresden Ontario, this bill would allow the construction of a landfill that could not only affect them negatively, but also the many endangered species that live in and around the river.

I live in the Niagara region, somewhere that we pride ourselves on the beauty of nature that surrounds us. Bill C5 would directly impact so many species. We need strict environmental protections and more oversight of large corporations looking to make money without a care of what they're taking away.

Our futures depend on this protection, our kids futures hang in the balance. What do we leave them if we chop it all down and chase away all the wildlife?

Canada is a country known for it's breathtaking beauty and vast expanses of wilderness. Let's leave it that way.
