I oppose Bill 5. I want strong environmental protections to ensure both the natural world is protected and that our industries and businesses who benefit from a healthy and biodiverse environment are supported. I oppose these shortcuts to benefit development without commitments and addressing of environmental concerns. They should not get a free pass just so that Ontario is "open for business." These issues matter not only to the creatures and plants of our province but the people who enjoy and benefit from them.
