I completely disagree with changing the definition of habitat. The change does not reflect the complexity of a non-human organism's reliance on a number of different factors, one of which being its dwelling, in order to survive as a species. It's absolutely unacceptable to push through a change like this, as it will directly harm species at risk, and will no doubt directly lead to more species becoming at risk. there are some positive things about this bill, however the negative points far outweigh the positives. I'm very disappointed to see how Ontario's beautiful ecology will be threatened if this bill goes through.
