I oppose Bill 5. We need stronger environmental protections and the protection of endangered species—industry does not deserve more rights than endangered species. It should be more difficult for corporations to damage the environment, not easier. Environmental procedures provide oversight and reason, nobody and no entity should have the right to override that.
