I strongly oppose Bill 5. Decimating environments at the benefit of short industry gains will cost us more in the long run, both economically and ecologically. There needs to be stronger key environmental protections for endangered species and species at other levels of risk. I oppose introducing shortcuts for industry. I strongly oppose the concept of overriding the law in "special economic zones". Protections need to be strong and standardized without exception to be worth anything.
