This proposal fails to outline how, after registering to begin construction projects, businesses and corporations will be monitored or regulated to ensure they are following environmental guidelines. Instead it removes this safety net and strips power away from regulating bodies. This bill should not be passed until it can adequately demonstrate how construction projects will be reviewed and vetted for reliability and compliance with environmental regulations.
