The solution to our housing crisis isn't to kill more endangered species and their habitats. The solution is to allow our cities to densify. Remove set back restrictions, allow mixed use, encourage building skyscrapers not sprawl.

Habitat destruction is what has made our species endangered. Once a habitat is destroyed, it's not coming back. Don't make it easier to destroy habitats. Don't change the endangered species act.
