Allowing development in critical habitats not only threatens species at risk but also increases human-wildlife conflicts, such as the influx of coyotes into urban areas. Such conflicts are a direct consequence of habitat destruction and should not be used to justify further environmental degradation.
I urge you to stand with Ontarians who value our natural heritage and oppose these detrimental changes. Please advocate for the protection and recovery of our endangered species and their habitats.
