I am opposed to the amendment of the Endangered Species Act and specifically for the reason cited in the amendment: to fast track industry. This is the whole reason there is an Endangered Species Act. Watering it down puts the voiceless (species) at a disadvantage to those who can speak with their pocketbooks. This is not the right approach to the issues of housing and development.
