Great Idea. But I see problems with digital tags and transporting large game.
One other suggestion, focus on Salmon stocking in Lake Huron vs Lake Trout. Salmon is a huge contributor to tourism and will help the economy of smaller communities. Salmon is a sought after species compared to Lake Trout.
“Yes, the 2022 Salmon Classic on Manitoulin Island was cancelled. The cancellation was due to low ticket sales, with a significant decrease in ticket purchases compared to previous years. Additionally, the Great Ontario Salmon Derby (GOSD) was also cancelled in 2020”
