Bill 5 is extremely harmful and will remove almost all provincial regulation on development- including fundamental consultation with Indigenous groups.
• Repeal the Endangered Species Act, leaving vulnerable species with almost no protection.
• Limit the definition of animal 'habitat' to immediate dwelling- not forest or lake.
• Create 'law-free zones' where businesses can operate without oversight.
