I strongly object to this proposed bill, specifically the proposed amendments to the definition of habitat and the move away from science based decisions to list or delist species. The need for species protection is not political and must not be left at the discretion of a minister or other politician.

This proposed bill favours development at a severe long term cost for all Ontarians as this negatively impacts our biodiversity and endangers our species at risk. This is a travesty.
