All wildlife needs greater…

All wildlife needs greater protection not less! The amount of cruelty and disrespect shown to wildlife is unacceptable. Please do not encourage or add to this by cancelling or reducing the Endangered Species Act. Ontario and Canada have THE most antiquated laws about protecting wildlife as well as domestic animals. Why can't the government take the lead and change the laws and policies to protect all wildlife with improved laws, greater penalties, fines, jail time and education. I am scared what will happen to the endangered species when you give people more options to harm them and their habitat. Where is the concern for any animal by the current Ford govt? Who in the world decided that eliminating the Endangered Species Act was a good thing? This makes ZERO sense. PROTECT all wildlife and their habitat. You see what the destruction of the forest and lands at Ontario Place has done to the animals and birds. They have been displaced and are in danger, losing their homes and way of peaceful life. Animals do not want to interact with humans. They are scared and confused and searching for safety which the current govt has taken away. It is awful. We have to share the planet.
