= This is a key point of concern. No science first based decisions, but more political interference to direct more control and power.

= voluntary key word, not mandatory. Habitat restoration vs habitat protection: backwards approach not protecting the environment as a priority.

- This creates regulatory free zones for industry development to increase timelines and profits for private developers and leaves environmental degradation and damages in its pathway with no 3rd party oversight or enforcement. A cleanup and worry about maybe after approach to put it simply.
