I strongly object to the plan to eliminate the Endangered Species Act and the other aspects of Bill 5 which will jeopardize our and minimize protection of our environment. I feel it is very important the we protect the habitat of endangered species. A healthy habitat for wildlife means a healthy environment for people also. Many people, myself included enjoy and value birds, other wildlife and the natural areas they need to survive.
Please do everything possible to protect our lakes, forests, wetlands and farmland. Once destroyed or developed there is no going back and we aren't making more land and waters.
These spaces are an important part of my life and those of my family.
