I'm opposed to this bill which undermines well-established planning regulations that protect individuals and communities from predatory developers. I also oppose its implications for building energy-efficient housing which is essential to achieving a sustainable climate. I don't want to live in an overheated, rain-drenched world which is what the Ontario government is enabling through this legislation.
