I totally agree with this licensing going digitally as well as being able to tag our harvested game animal digitally instead of carrying around a piece of paper in our pockets,
I like the changes you are proposing for falconry except I do not agree with the statement" if you have held a falconry license in Ontario at any time in the past you an apply on line for a new one. I still believe that the license holder should have held a valid falconry license within the last 5 years.
If your annual report is due on Dec.31 how are you suppose to apply for your falconry license...wait until 11:59 on Dec 31st to apply? There needs to be a lag time of annual report being due on say Dec 1. Why not have the same system as hunting for turkey deer etc. Once the season is closed it is mandatory to have your annual report sent in within a month. Since falconry is finished on March 31 the annual report is due on April 30. If the report is not turned in, you do not receive a falconry license for the next year, as well as pay a fine
