Great idea. As you know, lots of the states have been using mobile and digital options with good results.
With regards to the bear validation certificates, please eliminate the ancient Mercator Grid system to identify the location of the kill. GPS co-ordinates or townships would be very simple.
Also, for non residents from the U.S.A., would it be possible to include their address and Zip code on their outdoors card?
