Bill 17 legislation should allow a proponent to reduce front yard width requirement.The reduction in the front yard with is different than front yard or side yard setbacks! Therefore it is important to specify that front yard widths are one of the specifications proponents are allowed to vary by an amount deemed appropriate in the legislation regulations! Perhaps10%
