As an avid angler and outdoorsman who enjoys spending countless hours on the sugeen river, I can not believe that this application is even being considered.

Allowing up to 7 920 000L of water to be taken every day, 365 days/year over the course of 10 years will without a doubt destroy the saugeen river and therfore the surrounding ecosystems with important symbiotic relationships with the saugeen river.

The impacts will not be measureable until it's too late and there is no way to mitigate against sucking a river dry.

Please do not allow this application to be approved as it will ruin the Saugeen river for all of its inhabitants and for generations of outdoor enthusiasts to come.
