Do not support this application in the slightest and find its consideration an embarrassment to our province, and a disrespect to the people who reside here. Category 3 environmental impact is not acceptable to most Canadians and Ontario residents, who value our natural resources and environment second to none. Please do not pass this permit, 10 years is far too long, start with something small and assess impacts. Watersheds cannot support this much “take” with 24/7, 365 days showing extreme greed, and shows no consideration for anyone else who enjoys this resource including the nature and land that inhabits it. It would be another example of a tragedy of the commons. Watersheds fluctuate and this would not be viable through summer months. Do not support.
