I respectfully ask you not…

I respectfully ask you not approve the Mayor's MZO request. The council voted on a plan with very few details worked out, other than increasing density. If they have done studies regarding community impact, they have not produced them.

In contrast, when I asked for a single light to be installed at a sports court, the city responded saying, "photometric designs and community evaluation would be required to implement any sport lighting improvements here."

Where is this amount of due diligence for a massive project like this? Where is the concern for the surrounding community.
