We are against the new density proposal at the Jamesville site. This is a residential area with mostly single family homes. This 20 story tower will dominate the surrounding area. Also I don’t understand how the taller tower will alleviate CN’s objections to this build as it will tower over the tracks therefore subjected to the majority of the train noise and diesel fumes.
This city does not give the citizens a chance to voice concerns once it has decided on what and where its doing something..and if they do they change the project significantly anyway…
