The previous Endangered Species Act must be restored. It is a much more robust piece of legislation that does a much better job of protecting vulnerable flora and fauna that is native to Ontario. This proposal, along with all of Bill 5, is a disgusting attempt to line the pockets of developers by further exploiting Ontario's natural areas.
