The basic plan for the Cycling Route is good.
However, it is missing some key routes in the south.
I would argue strongly for a much more direct connection between Barrie and Wasaga Beach.
Not at the expense of the existing proposed connection but in addition to that.
I think one must consider that that connection would be popular, yet the designated route would be exceedingly long and out of the way.

I'm also concerned about the large distance between connections at various points. An East-West connection is required on either Highway 9 or 89.
An additional connection point to Lake Simcoe from the eastern Toronto/York Region area is important as well. Could be done on '48' in rural areas, or on Woodbine.
