Hello,
During the rescent election, that saw the PC party of Ontario win a majority government, Doug Ford heard the out cry of disapproval for opening up the Green Belt for development. As a concerned citizen I am now putting my disapproval of Schedual 10 in Bill 66 that will allow municipalities to bypass the protections that have been put in place to ensure citizens have a safe and clean environment to live in. I live in an area close to Lake Simcoe and have seen how these protections have preserved the tributaries that feed into the lake. There was a time when Lake Simcoe is over run with algae and invasive species. These protections, that could be bypassed, have helped reduce the damage we have done to the areas around the lake and the lake itself. Please help keep my lake clean and remove schedule 10 from Bill 66.
