Only reviewed for my city. What's the policy goal? Right now it seems only to pull people to parkways. This isnt cycling strategy. How do people get to and from? What purpose would they have there once they've visited it once as a tourist or gone for a weekly ride. We need to mode change commuting, shopping, life. None of this is here. We should be talking Oregon stops and similar highway traffice changes. Making people safe and integration across modes of transport, not showing a map of the NCC park space. What is the actual purpose? Are you consulting that we know park space exists? This isn't transportation its recreation
