This act is critical in protecting endangered species. Bio Diversity is key to a health planet, and thus ensuring that endangered species are protect should be the of the utmost importance. Enabling development of the land nullifies any progress that has been or will be made in protecting are species. Stricter policy on preventing business development on this land should be the focus and not the opposite.
