It is imperative that any changes made do so in favour of species-at-risk, meaning we have MORE protections for them, and not less. We need to have more protection of habitats, and we need to ensure that the environmental assessments are more stringent for businesses. The ecology of our planet hangs in the balance; it can no longer be business as usual.
