I have a concern about effective sheltering at Inverhuron. Inverhuron is the second largest community in the Municipality of Kincardine. It is just outside the 3km zone. The community is made up of both permanent residents and cottagers. Some of the buildings would not form a very effective environmental barrier in the event of a release. I recommend that a community shelter be built to protect the residents.
