Please find attached Advanced Biofuels Canada's comments on the proposals to amend O. Reg. 535/05 (Ethanol in Gasoline) under the Environmental Protection Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. E.19.
We appreciate the opportunity to provide input on the ongoing development of the Ethanol in Gasoline regulation, and look forward to continued participation with the Government of Ontario and stakeholders.
