This area is much too large and all encompassing. Reduce the area. Allow harvesting in the area and ensure that the roads and bridges are destroyed. Do not take any harvestable area away from the logging companies.

This is nothing but a special interest group private fishing preserve. They dont want road access because they want to be able to go there themselves. It has little to do with preserving the speckled trout or the stocked splake. If it was to preserve these species it is very simply allow for the harvesting and access to occur and disallow any type of fishing. Or make it a no motorized vehicle access area.
