Through Halton Region Report No. PW-31-19, the Region of Halton is providing the following comments on the Environmental Registry of Ontario (ERO 019-0023)Holding
polluters accountable by enhancing Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks’
enforcement tools”:
The proposed changes to the Environmental Protection Act enforcement provisions,
which are duties performed by the Province, staff are recommending be supported
