Limiting inclusionary zoning to major transit station areas is wrong.
It will create ghettoes, for both rich and poor
It will undermine the intent of inclusionary zoning, which is to encourage a range of income levels throughout the city.

Don't get me wrong: it is a good thing to encourage inclusionary zoning in major transit areas.
I would be happy if the Bill said that inclusionary zoning MUST be included in major transit areas, but it should not be limited to only those areas.

The other problem with limiting inclusive housing to MAJOR transit areas is that it excludes smaller, growing cities or parts of cities, areas that may well get transit service in the future.
