Housing developments should be limited to currently-developed land. Infill of urban spaces, and re-purposing and refurbishing of vacant/abandoned buildings in urban centres - NOT sprawl into undeveloped, rural land which should be reserved for nature.

Housing should be focused on affordability for those who need it.

Vacant houses should be taxed, as there are many people who need houses, and there are empty houses remaining unused, by those who own multiple properties.
