I have read your proposal and believe that you are on the right track for sustainability and ensuring that the public and Cities and industry are involved in making these established changes for the betterment of our environment. We need to agressively meet these targets and I feel that you are making that effort achievable and effective for Cities to plan their waste diversion in a reasonable manner.
