my wife has a bait shop she sells a lot of bait to local customers, but some try to trap their own bait and they come over to get more bait and have other bait like sunfish and perch and then go fishing to lakes that don't have that. if only they could catch it in the lake they are going to fish things would not get spread makes sense.
