In the previous Liberal draft of this policy, Brook Silversides were to be included as eligible bait fish but in this draft, they have been removed. Please reconsider this change as they are plentiful and heartier than other species during the hot summer months.
By isolating the Lake Nippissing area during the winter months, you have created a black market for emerald shiners.
It is irresponsible that the government has ignored adding caps and quotas to the licences to preserve the fishery.
Otherwise, this draft is better than the last one.
