This isn't fair to communities!!!!! Yes I understand we need this material but we need to protect out environment and our water more. We need to make sure we leave our planet better than we received it. You shouldn't force a community to have a quarry in their town if it will disrupt the people the environment and the water ahead!!!!
Communities should have a say what happens. I feel this bill is there to protect the aggregate industry not the people environment, animals and water table.
