The Town of Milton would like to thank the Province of Ontario for the opportunity to provide comments on ERO 019-0556.
Please find attached a letter and corresponding Report PD-039-19 to Town of Milton Council outlining our preliminary comments on the information posted in the ERO. Without the detailed amendments to the legislation, it is hard to formulate appropriate and thoughtful comments on the proposed changes for your consideration.
The Town of Milton would appreciate being kept informed as further details are released for consideration on this initiative.
