How will this program change impact Heavy duty licences repair facilities that repair and certify trucks over 4500kg annually or for purchase and transfer. If it goes to a bidding process and only certain shops get the contract you are essentially ending peoples livelihood and business as it makes up a large portion of a MVIS inspection stations annual revenue.
