I would like to express that I do not support the loosening of penalties for causing environmental damage.
This is in reference to schedule 9 of this act, the rewrite of section 182.1 of the Environmental Protection Act.
Reducing bureaucratic redundancies in an effort to safe money is a good goal, but that is not what is accomplished by this legislation.
