Key points: Very concerned about proposal because of increased air pollution, heavy transport truck traffic on residential streets, increased danger to pedestrians & cyclists, increased noise and road damage, threat to water quality from unintended spills and leaching into nearby waterways; risk to Important bird area and wetland/marsh/lake ecosystem.
Unreasonable and unsafe for a facility operating at this scale to be so close to many residential neighbourhoods.
