There appears to be a total lack of transparency directed at sneaking this proposal through under the problems with Covid 19. A well advertised general meeting between residents, the companies and Councillors is needed to clarify what is trying to take place. I find the situation as it stands unacceptable as it has not been open to the public/residents.
