Additionally ban feeding of deer outside of hunting season. Keep baiting for hunting allowed otherwise when the season closes do not allow feeding. Also, feeding/baiting only allowed where safe to hunt. All the problems of CWD can be tied into unnatural use/interactions with deer. Right now there are people feeding deer in heavily populated areas where you would be unsafe to hunt them in. Deer cause damage and their congregation in unnatural feeding locations can contribute to the spread of disease. This is from a responsible hunters point of view. I like the advantages of baiting, but see where feeding has caused destruction to personal property too.
